24V battery system
The integrated battery system offers flexible and independent operation. This means that at least 60 animals can be treated without a power supply. The 24 V battery system is automatically charged as soon as the hoof trimming crush is supplied with mains power.

Integrated inverter
The integrated inverter means that tools with a total output of 2200 watts can also be connected and used. The inverter has its own 12 volt power supply, which is automatically charged as soon as mains power is available.

Radio remote control
The radio remote control with a range of up to 500 meters allows you to control all driving functions, including tilting and operating elements such as the headgate or tailgate.

Tracked undercarriage and load balancer
The HY600RT hydraulic hoof trimming crush has a tracked undercarriage and a patented load balancer. This means that the hoof trimming crush can also be used on rough terrain or directly on the pasture. The patented load compensation makes it easy to cross thresholds, slopes or obstacles without tipping over.

Stepless height adjustment
The working height of the hoof trimming crush can be individually adjusted to the respective hoof trimmer using integrated sensors. The stand automatically moves to the right height to ensure ergonomic working.

Operation via joysticks
The ergonomically shaped joysticks allow all driving and working functions to be controlled with high precision, ensuring comfortable and safe operation of the hoof trimming crush.

High-quality LED headlights
The hoof trimming crush is equipped with high-quality LED headlights on the front footrest and an LED light bar on the rear footrest to ensure optimum illumination. The headlights switch on automatically when the hoof trimming crush is raised and switch off again automatically when it is lowered. This helps to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals during hoof trimming.
